The Best Western University Inn & Suites is hiring for a part time or a full time (flexible) Front Desk Associate.
This position at the Front Desk leads the guest experience throughout their stay. The Front Desk associate is responsible for taking phone reservations, checking in arriving guests, ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay, and assisting guests with their final bill upon their departure. Clear & effective communication skills are necessary. Additional duties include but are not limited to; room inventory management, swimming pool/hot tub monitoring, keeping entrance & lobby clean, assisting with laundry, answering multi-line telephone, basic computer skills, superb guest service, and problem solving.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
