Hotel Front Desk - Evening Shift

Jupiter Waterfront Inn, an owner-operated 38-room boutique hotel on the water, is seeking two full-time Front Desk associates with exceptional customer service skills who can greet and check-in guests, take reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction of the highest caliber. Qualifications:

- Candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year of Hotel Front Desk experience.

- Pay may be adjusted based on experience of a highly-qualified applicant.

- Candidate must be willing to work an Evening Shift, usually from 4-12 p.m.

- Candidates must have excellent people skills, phone skills and communication skills as well as good computer skills.

- Candidates should be organized, reliable, punctual, friendly and outgoing.

Preferred but not necessary:

- Working knowledge of RoomMaster Anywhere a plus

- Fluency in Spanish a plus

- Knowledge of Jupiter and the surrounding area

What you will do:
Keep the customer’s satisfaction at the top of your priorities, including the initiative to go above and beyond. You will greet and check-in guests, take reservations, and ensure our guests are fully satisfied with their stay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
