Car Repair Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Enter bills and purchase orders into our system
• Close out repair orders through QuickBooks
• Answer phone calls and provide information or redirect calls as needed
• Collaborate with technicians and assist with customer service tasks
• Perform light administrative work
• Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
• Run errands as required
• Other Duties as necessary

Requirements:

• MUST have QuickBooks (desktop/enterprise) experience
• Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Accounts Payable and Receivable experience

Hours

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
