Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. You will handle all guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
