Saturday and Sunday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Using a multi-line telephone answers and appropriately routes all incoming calls
- Receives and greets visitors; directs visitors to appropriate destination
- Provides general information regarding property functions and responds to routine inquiries regarding the property and contact information.
- Takes telephone messages for staff when requested.
- Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Receives and logs incoming packages and certified mail.
- Responsible for general maintenance of reception area.
- Walking the property for safety precautions
- Light cleaning when needed, specifically of spills and for emergencies
- Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to fair housing, equal employment and racial/ethnic diversity policies at all times
- Communicates effectively with supervisor and senior management staff of WC Smith
- Assists the Community Manager to organize and administer special events
CAREER EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a residential administrative position
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel software).
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.
- Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to successfully pass a background screen including credit and criminal and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements.
