Spa Front Desk Associate

Hello DC! We are seeking a dynamic receptionist for our bustling facial bars located in Washington, D.C.

We are hiring for a part-time team member to come in for the following weekend shifts:

• Saturday 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM
• Sunday 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM

We are hiring for both our Dupont Circle and Navy Yard locations.

The position pays$17 per hour with incentive bonuses totaling up to $300 every 3 months.

We are seeking a Front Desk candidate who can excel in managing multiple tasks with composure while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in reception roles
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient with Google suite
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• High school degree

Receptionist Job Description:

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact; you are the face of the company. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately. When needed, you will provide administrative support across the organization.

As a Front Desk Associate, you are playing a pivotal role in showcasing our brand in the best possible light. Your contribution is instrumental in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serving, collecting, and cataloging guest enrollment forms.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls.
• Log guest appointments using Boulevard's online booking system.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
• Maintain security by following procedures and ensuring the desk has coverage at all times.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Keep the retail area stocked and neat.
• Evening receptionist: End of the day vacuuming, mopping and light bathroom cleaning.
