Title of Position: Corporate Director of Accounting  

Job Description: The Corporate Director of Accounting will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements, budgeting, and cash forecasting for all properties. That includes all accounting policies, processes, and standard operating procedures for all properties. The Corporate Director of Accounting develops and implements effective training of hotel management on the accounting procedures at all the properties. Additionally, The Corporate Director of Accounting will be Responsible for administration and oversight of property-level eProcurement systems. The Corporate Director of Accounting will ensure compliance with statutory property tax reporting at the property-level and the general oversight of cash management.

Qualifications:

• The Corporate Director of Accounting must be willing to work onsite (not remote)
• Experience with hotel accounting, M3, ProfitSword, and multi-property in a corporate office setting is required for the Corporate Director of Accounting.
• The Corporate Director of Accounting must have experience managing a team
• The Corporate Director of Accounting must have a thorough understanding of general ledger accounting as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• The ability to work in a team environment, being self-motivated in individual projects, strong personal accountability and solid work ethics are all requirements for the Corporate Director of Accounting
