Your Role as Director of Corporate Accounting:
- Lead the maintenance and ownership of service company ledgers.
- Manage month, quarter, and year-end close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead a team of three, overseeing cash and debt entries for a significant portfolio.
- Handle corporate expense allocations, billing, and collections.
- Assist in consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and company-wide reporting.
- Coordinate with the Property accounting team to enhance monthly close efficiency.
We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA required).
- ️ Real estate industry experience.
- 6+ years in a Corporate Accounting department (public accounting experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of MRI and GAAP.
