Job Responsibilities

• Following a recipe
• Reading a prep sheet
• Following proper rotation
• Keeping the line stocked with all bot products
• Using sanitation guidelines
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Being able to use, disassemble, and clean equipment
• Following proper storage procedures
• Keeping an organized storeroom
