Join Our Culinary Team! Lead Line Cook Position Available

Position: Line Cook/Prep Cook
Location: San Jose / Milpitas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am-2pm, Catering Breakfast & Lunch Services
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of American, California, Asian, Italian, Mexican and Modern Continental cuisines with precision and creativity.
- Execute menu items efficiently, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with our talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional catering services.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in Californian / Asian / Italian / American / European/Continental cuisine a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork.
- Knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
