Cordially and professionally greets all guests and offers an appropriate farewell. Seats guests as requested, efficiently and utilizes a high level of guest service.
Job Tasks:
Acknowledges all guests in timely and pleasant manner.
Monitor and ensures timely service to guests.
Ensures proper sanitation requirements are adhered to and ensures implementation of required side work.
Uses proper telephone procedures when taking room service orders, dining room reservations or talking with any guest/hotel staff member.
Seats guests as requested, but maintains proper station rotation.
Follows up with all guests to assure satisfaction, monitors all guest comments, addresses appropriately and, if possible, resolves guest complaints and informs management in a timely manner.
Thanks all guests for their comments and patronage.
Perform other duties as required or requested by management staff.
