Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests
- Learn and use POS system
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Occasionally help take drink orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outside area
- Provide assistance to guests as needed
- Collaborate with the bar staff to ensure timely drink service
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
