Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take reservations and manage waitlist
- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, dining area, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is beneficial
