Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive guest experience and providing excellent customer service. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions
Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction
Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
