Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and patience
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or Call Center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is Required
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a bonus
