Job Title:Training & Development Administrator

Duties
Are you Wilder’s next Training & Development Administrator?
Liaise with directors and managers to ensure proper identification of training priorities to establish workplace knowledge, enhance job skills, and meet mandated training requirements. Assist with the development of training programming and curriculum; and provide guidance in the development of training and materials, making regular modifications to programs where necessary. Implement the delivery of training to staff throughout CMHW including maintenance of calendar of training and events. Collaborate with other administrative staff related to workforce support including assisting with the compliance monitoring and reporting of training requirements. Facilitate communication of training offerings and CMHW professional development priorities to staff and supervisors. Administer and serve as main resource for the Learning Management System/ Relias. Ensure integration and coordination with other Wilder trainings and events including communication through Wilder events calendar and other communication vehicles.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 3+ years working with administrative project management or coordinating training programs. Strong organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office training platforms and related applications. Proven ability to work effectively across cultural communities and function in diverse settings. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Organized, detail oriented and ability to be flexible in the midst of fluid dynamics.
