Home Services Customer Service

Seeking a friendly, proactive and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Home Heating Services Representative. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional Customer Service and support to homeowners regarding their heating system needs. Responsibilities include answering phone and email inquiries, scheduling service appointments and fuel oil deliveries, preparing and sending estimates, following up with customers. We offer a variety of services including fuel oil delivery, oil tank services, and plumbing and heating repairs. Qualifications

• Background in home heating services preferred

• Proficient in data entry and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Should be well versed in computer usage and software such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Well-versed in social media

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday in the office from 8 AM to 4.30 PM (hours may vary, depending on need; weekends may be required during winter)

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone inquiries, provide helpful information and address concerns politely and efficiently

• Schedule service calls and estimates

• Schedule fuel oil deliveries

• Formulate comprehensive service proposals, including detailed scope of work and accurate pricing

• Transmit service proposals to clients effectively, providing clear explanations and addressing any inquiries.

• Follow up with customers to answer any questions they may have about the proposal

• Proactively track and manage all fleet management tickets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and service completion.

• Contact existing customers to let them know about discounts and special offers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
