Whether assisting with booking inquiries, resolving issues, or offering recommendations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and memorable trip.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and destinations.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
