Our vast network of healthcare providers allows us to provide optimal patient care and seamless transition across service lines.Job Duties:* Supervise patient care* Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care* Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission* Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed* Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigationQualifications:* Current Louisiana RN license & CPR certification required* RN with a masters degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing; or RN with a bachelors degree in nursing with one year of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic; or RN with a diploma or associate degree with two years of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic.* Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skills* Professional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effects* Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferredBenefits:* Competitive Pay* Increased Earning Potential* Mileage reimbursement (reflective of fluctuating fuel prices)Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.All inquiries will be kept confidential.
