Qualifications:

• Active Louisiana RN License
• Two years of nursing experience
• Able to exercise initiative
• Able to use critical thinking skill
• Able to be flexible
• Have a reliable vehicle with active driver's license and insurance

Preferred:

• One-year experience in home health
• HCHB experience a preferred
