Choice Rehab Connections was founded in 2016 to meet the needs of Home Health agencies for therapy services. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy across the west coast of Florida. The team is comprised of over 100 therapists who are passionate about their work to ensure that patients receive the care that they need in the comfort of their home.

Documentation (EMR) systems include Kinnser primarily and Axxess. No experience necessary in Home Health or with the EMRs and training available as needed.
