Assisted Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency providing skilled Home Health services to patients at home. We have an immediate opening for a Per Diem Occupational Therapist and assistant with at least one year of experience in the Home Health setting. We are committed to delivering the highest quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes, ensuring their well-being and independence. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
As a OT, COTA at Assisted Home Health, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life, and provide exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Requirements for Therapist:
-OT and COTA must have a current Florida Occupational or COTA Therapy license
Home Health care experience
The applicant must be a graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Program, passed the national Occupational therapist examination and an examination on the laws and regulations governing the practice of occupational therapy in Florida
Preferred Skills for Occupational Therapist and COTA:
must have excellent oral and written communication skills
ability to interact effectively with all staff, patients, families and members of the health team
effective problem-solving and good analytical skills
organized, resourceful, dependable and detail oriented
working knowledge of computer programs: Word and data entry.
