Hope Home Health Services, Inc. is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and high-quality in-home care to individuals in Chicago, IL. We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Foster positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare or a similar setting.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35, based on experience.
