We are looking for empathetic and proficient Certified Nursing Aides to join our team based in Chicago. By joining us as a Certified Nursing Aide, you will be vital in providing exceptional and compassionate care to our patients.
Essential Duties
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing patients.
- Helping patients move around safely and comfortably, including transferring and positioning them in bed or chairs.
- Responding to patient calls and reporting any concerns to nursing staff.
- Assisting with medical procedures, such as taking specimens for lab tests.
- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding patients who need help.
- Keeping patients' living spaces clean and tidy, including changing bed linens and tidying the room.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients who may feel lonely or anxious.
- Maintaining patient records and documenting care provided.
- Following infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old and above
- Willingness to be trained
- Proof of Vaccination required
- Physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting or transferring patients
- BLS Certification/First Aid encouraged but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
