We are looking for a highly motivated Home Health Aide to join our team and provide our clients with care during and after medical care. Home Health Aide responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, etc. during the client's stay at the facility, and reporting on client condition daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior Home Health experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in the use of a computer.
- Must be proficient in the use of a telephone for phone calls only, to clients' family members or friends.
- Must be proficient in speaking English.
- Ability to pass a background check per IDPH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting when they are at the facility. Reporting client condition daily.
- Provide information on client conditions daily.
- Work as a team with other healthcare professionals.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.'
