Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling Expert: Craft and manage caregiver schedules with precision, ensuring that each client receives timely and compatible care tailored to their needs.
- Issue Resolution: Be the go-to person for any scheduling conflicts or concerns, resolving them with creativity and a deep understanding of both client and caregiver needs.
- Client and Caregiver Liaison: Act as a vital link between clients and caregivers, facilitating communication and fostering strong relationships built on trust and understanding.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly assess the effectiveness of scheduling and coordination practices, implementing improvements to enhance client satisfaction and caregiver efficiency.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in identifying and onboarding new caregivers, ensuring a seamless integration into our scheduling system and care philosophy.
- On-Call Support: Be on call for one week out of the month to handle after-hours calls and any caregiver call-outs, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.
What We're Looking For
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE HOME CARE INDUSTRY
- A proven track record in the Home Care industry, particularly in roles that require meticulous scheduling and coordination.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
- An organizational wizard who can juggle multiple schedules and adapt to changing needs with ease.
- A problem-solver who views challenges as opportunities to innovate and improve.
- A team player who values collaboration and is committed to upholding the highest standards of care.
- Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse client & caregiver base and foster inclusive communication.
