Scheduling Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Home Health Care office by managing Home Health Aide schedules and coordinating with Home Care Clients. The ideal candidate will have Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient service are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Home Health Aides schedules, ensuring accurate and efficient flow of shifts for all Clients

- Calling active clients and reaching out to potential new clients on a regular basis

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
