About Us: Right at Home is an in-Home Care service provider for residents of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We provide services for seniors and disabled adults who need some assistance with daily living. By doing so, we allow our clients to enjoy the ability to stay home longer and have a better overall quality of life. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator with experience in a fast paced environment to work in our Brick, NJ office with the availability to travel to our Barnegat Office as needed.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in communication, organization, decision making and most of all, being a part and working well within a team environment. Prior homecare experience with an emphasis on staffing and scheduling required with previous experience working with Clearcare/Wellsky is highly preferred.
Some essential functions of a Staffing Coordinator are but not limited to:
- Attending to all issues related to our clients and caregivers in our Office Staff and other daily functions of our Brick Location
- Answering incoming inquiries for service or employment via telephone using proper technique and etiquette
- Scheduling and coordinating day to day activities of our caregivers
- Performing payroll duties including verifying time sheets, updating employee records and computer input for payroll processing if needed
- Maintaining and documenting all associate records and activities in our internal system, Wellsky
- Keeping lines of communications open and clear with Caregivers and Clients to ensure Top of The Industry Service
- Responds property and courteously to all potential and active client calls
- Performs on-call coordinator duties as needed
- Serves as a liaison between caregivers, clients and Operations Manager
- Assists with sales, marketing, recruiting and public relations efforts when needed
- High School Graduate or Equivalent with two years of business experience
- 1 year of direct experience as a Staffing Coordinator in the Home Health Industry preffered
- Basic office, telephone and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment using sound judgment
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Availity to work on call and outside normal office hours
- 1 Year Experience working with Clearcare/Wellsky highly preferred
