```Duties:```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Homeowners Association (HOA)
- Oversee and coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Coordinate and attend HOA board meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
- Maintain accurate records and files related to the HOA
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with budget planning and financial management of the HOA
- Coordinate community events and activities
```Qualifications:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of property leasing and customer relationship management
- CAM certification preferred
- Effective conflict management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and files
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices
