Hiring Recruiting Specialist

Well established HVAC company in the DFW market has immediate openings for management positions. We are looking for an energetic, leader with high integrity, a high quality individual to help lead us as we grow.

Applicant will be asked to assist in all aspects of the business to help develop employees, maintain culture, success and accountability. As an hiring specialist the applicant will need to help with all aspects of the executives processes. Applicant will work directly with owners and other key managers. You must be very organized, systematic, like numbers and attention to detail to be successful in this role. This is a huge opportunity to become a member of management and development team.

Qualified applicant should meet the following for consideration.

Recruiting and hiring a must

Bachelors degree ( preferably in accounting)

Customer experience

Management experience a plus

Have a teaching mentality with research and mentoring qualities

Construction industry or HVAC experience a plus

Clean criminal background (no felonies)

Clean driving record

Ability to lead and communicate with customers and co- workers

Computer Skills:

MS Office
