Boulevard Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide Recruiter for a Licensed Home Care Agency.
Duties for Field Recruiter Includes:
- Recruit Home Health Aides (HHA)
- Present the agency at career fairs.
- Access community resources for recruitment of qualified staff or trainees.
- Interface with local Department of Labor, Training Centers, Job Fairs and all other potential sites for recruiting.
- Conduct open house recruiting.
- Assist with pending employment applications; verify certificates (HHA/PCA/CNA)
Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred, well presented, energetic and responsible individual for the full time field recruitment position.
