Job Description
ePlus Inc. seeks a Help Desk Technician for our client in Virginia. This is an on-site position and only applicants who apply directly will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- vailability on-site Monday-Friday; standard forty-hour week.
- There are about 8-10 times a year where availability is necessary for trade shows or other events.
- These events may necessitate working evenings (until about 8pm) or weekend hours (until about Noon). When this occurs, the organization will work with the individual to provide either a long weekend for the upcoming week or provide the following Monday and Tuesday off if needed.
- Familiarity with "Numatics" ticketing system is preferred, however, training will be provided. The organization is open to individuals who possess experience with other ticketing systems.
- Experience performing traditional Help Desk support and the ability to work on multi-ticket issues.
- Experience with Wi-Fi systems, email systems, and any kind of ticketing system with high volume user support.
- Individual must be familiar with password protection, setting up parameters for Wi-Fi enablement, and other tasks throughout designated job site.
- Must be comfortable verbally assisting customers/vendors and walking them through processes.
