Job Description:
Help Desk Technician for FDA Electronic Submission Gateway
- Answer tickets from the customer, related to Help Desk issues
- Ensure proper ticket management and resolution, using accepted standards and procedures
- Provide all customer interaction for client support
- Basic analysis skills and troubleshooting issues related to browser/JRE/Plug-ins
- Setup user accounts in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot application related issues
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of related technical or Help Desk experience
- Good overall technical knowledge in MS Windows, web browsers, and plug-ins
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to understand technical/complicated items and explain them to others with less technical knowledge
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures
- Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust level clearance
