Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
- Assist with user account management, including creating and disabling accounts, resetting passwords, and granting access permissions
- Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Skills Required:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
