Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
  • Assist with user account management, including creating and disabling accounts, resetting passwords, and granting access permissions
  • Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements


Skills Required:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
