Help Desk Technician

Local Tier II Helpdesk Personnel
Duties:

1. Image Computers (Ensuring that all software and patches are installed).
2. Answer the local Helpdesk Phone
3. Ensure that users have trouble ticket for service.
4. Install Network Printer Drivers.
5. Install (Government Approved) Local Printer Software.
6. Install (Government Approved) Software.
7. Troubleshoot installed Software.
8. Troubleshoot installed Hardware.
9. Call Vendors for broken equipment (Dell and Client) to obtain technical support and parts.
10. Install Hardware parts that does not require vendor technician to install.
11. Provide on-location troubleshooting for all users including VIPs, conference rooms and classrooms.
12. Accept mobile devices that needs troubleshooting.
13. Transfer tickets that you are unable to fix to the Local Tier III technician
14. Provide walk-up customer support at local helpdesk.
15. Ticket Handling.
16. Access NAC information for the user and assist with downloading the required software updates.
17. Access Bitlocker Recovery Key and provide to the user
18. Account Creations

Requirement: Secret Security Clearance, Sec+
