United Health Services is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist 1 to join our IS Help Desk department at UHS Phelps Hall in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$20.50 - $29.62 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Under direct supervision; Entry level position. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to and runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Shift: Saturday-Wednesday 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years Help Desk experience.
