SalaryWe are seeking a Help Desk specialist to join our team! You will provide tier 1 computer, application and printer support. This is a full-time onsite position in Centennial Co. for one of our clients. The client is a large enterprise supporting over 1000+ users. There is plenty of growth potential in this position either with our client or internally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computers, applications and printers.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements.
- Track customer issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Computer and server hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Windows 8, 10 and 11
- Office Applications
- Office 365
