Duties & Responsibilities:
- REQUIRED - Candidate must be located in MA or NH, USA as this is an onsite position (Do NOT apply if this does not apply to you)
- Provide desktop support to end-users via remote support sessions and on-site if local
- Provide desktop support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and M365
- Maintain service ticket queue
- Build new desktop systems
- Configure desktops, laptops, and tablets for deployment
- Basic Networking support
- Basic Server support
- Documenting ticket notes
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Remote work
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems and learn quickly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365. (Windows Server experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP
- Workstation setup and deployment
- Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Associate or Bachelor degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred (Experience and certifications accepted)
- REQUIRED - 1-2 years of previous technical support experience (Do NOT apply if this does not apply to you)
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus
- Experience with RMM tools a plus
- Azure AD experience is a plus but not required
