Job description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable team player with exceptional Admin skills, Cash application experience & computer talents to join our team!

This is a Front Desk office role, providing the initial point of contact for clients and visitors to our Property Management Company.

The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting with people in person as well as on the phone, be able to take charge and to find solutions to issues as they arise. Be a confident decision maker, a quick learner and enjoy working in a small office environment.

Prior Property Management experience is helpful but not required.

Accounts relivable & remote desk deposit experience is ideal.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities will include:

· Greeting clients and visitors and assisting with their needs.

· Answering phones, providing customer support, directing calls

· Accounts Receivable Tasks / depositing & posting payments, running monthly statements, posting late fees & misc. charges, assist clients with account balance inquiries.

· Accountable for timely completion of cash application to meet deadlines and month end close.

· Daily Post office runs to pick up mail, sort & distribute daily mail

· Administrative tasks including mailing letters, emails, filing, scanning, data entry

· Manage office machines (phones, postage meter & copier)

· Maintain Office supply inventory.

· Maintain internal office list: phones, vendor contacts, property information.

· Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements:

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and to adapt to change

· Must be highly organized, and able to maintain a neat and orderly work area.

· Exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to accurately work with numbers

· Experience and capability with basic office systems (scanning, troubleshooting computers/printers) and with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

· Must have professional phone demeanor and possess customer service skills.

· Confident in the ability to make decisions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Professional attitude and appearance.

· Valid driver’s license
