Shifts:
We're looking for dedicated individuals to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our scheduling is flexible, allowing you to balance work with your personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first line of support for clients, answering calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Efficiently log tickets in our Help Desk system, ensuring accurate documentation of client issues.
· Perform initial triage on incoming queries to determine the appropriate course of action or escalation.
· Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients, aiming to resolve issues on the first call where possible.
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer the best possible solutions to our clients.
· Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
Requirements:
· A knack for solving technical problems and a passion for technology.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Previous experience in a Help Desk or customer service role is preferred but not required.
· A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls.
