Responsibilities for Help Desk Specialist:
- Help Desk Tickets support
- Provide clients with support (Device, Desktop, Laptop)
- Office 365 support and guidance
- Troubleshoot issues
Experience for Help Desk Specialist:
- Help Desk experience
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable interacting with customer
