Responsibilities:
- Provide First-Line Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to Windows 10/11, Active Directory, MS Office 365, Azure VPN, and other IT systems.
2. Ticket Management:
- Log and track support requests using our ticketing system.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
3. Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns, providing clear instructions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Keep end-users informed about the status of their support requests.
4. Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation for common issues and resolutions.
- Contribute to the knowledge base to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other IT team members to address complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement solutions and share best practices.
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and Azure VPN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
