It Help Desk Analyst

The IT Helpdesk Technician will provide first level day-to-day support to internal users. The position's focus is in computer operations, and end-user and desktop support (hardware and software).

Utilizes computer equipment, software and diagnostic tools to perform a broad range of user assistance, equipment maintenance, and computer operations assignments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
