Job Title: Helpdesk Analyst
Work Location: Cameron, AZ (Onsite)
Position Type: 12 Months Contract
Essential Skills:
Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests for assistance from users regarding hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies
Conduct interviews with users to gather information about problems and guide them through diagnostic procedures to identify the source of errors or resolve technical issues
Log and track calls using a problem management database, maintaining history records and related documentation
Generate standard statistical reports, such as Help Desk incident reports
Analyze and evaluate incident reports, making recommendations to reduce help line incident rates
Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate IS staff for resolution
Assist in driving IT services process improvement
