Position Overview:
Under general supervision, completes and responds to customer request via email and phone.
Contains strong skills in providing excellent customer support.
Effectively overcoming obstacles, ability to maintain composure & demonstrate professionalism under strenuous circumstances and demonstrates reliability.
Makes sound decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Is skilled at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge.
Demonstrates the ability to manage priorities effectively to meet customer and departmental expectations.
Ability to handle difficult situations and a changing environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Process new hire/new user requests for internal and external clients.
Permissions Management for, Web application access, FSA, CORE, and Duo.
Password resets and edits for online applications or active directory accounts.
Initial web application troubleshooting and support for internal and external clients.
Alter base fines per customer request.
Extract video footage from Fixed, Mobile, Red light and SG systems.
Troubleshoot and report Maintenance issues.
Process citation status change requests.
Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
Oversees the resolution and/or tracking of reported issues while ensuring a timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
