SalaryResponsibilities:
-Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers and straight trucks.
T-ransport goods and materials to and from designated locations.
-Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safe and efficient operation.
-Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs, records, and documentation.
-Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
-Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo, securing it as necessary.
-Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
-Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities
-Operate Heavy Equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other machinery to perform various tasks on construction or excavation sites.
-Safely and efficiently maneuver equipment to execute tasks according to project specifications and timelines.
-Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and identify any potential issues.
-Collaborate with site supervisors, construction managers, and other team members to coordinate tasks and meet project requirements.
-Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
-Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
-Communicate effectively with team members using hand signals, two-way radios, or other designated communication methods.
-Assist with manual labor tasks as needed, including digging, grading, and site preparation.
-Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs, or report major issues to the maintenance team.
-Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including equipment usage, fuel consumption, and project progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
