Surface Miner Heavy Equipment Operator

Southside Materials is seeking a highly motivated Surface Miner to operate Heavy equipment in a quarry environment. Person(s) will work under a supervisor and task trained to perform a variety of tasks involved with extraction, crushing, conveying of aggregate stone products. Person(s) will comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and other Company policies. A good work ethic is a must. Pay will be based off experience.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heavy equipment operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Surface Mining: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
