Department: Strategic Planning- Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday 8-5pm CT
- Location: Remote
Develops analyses and insights related to Ascension driven same store or new Business Development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a general analytics and strategic intelligence resource for the new Business Development vertical as part of the Strategy and Growth team of Ascension.
- Conducts periodic market-level scans supporting growth, market assessments and analyses for the Ministry Markets
- Works cross functionally with business intelligence teams, service line and other Ascension teams to support insights and facilitate growth initiatives.
- Manages key reporting including input and upkeep of spreadsheets, goal alignment, KPIs, etc.
- Understands key tools including Salesforce CRM and versed in other analytic and presentation tools
- Acumen in developing business cases, knowledge of pro formas and financial analysis
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
