About the Role:
We're seeking an exceptionally organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. As a key support member, you'll play a vital role in assisting our sales efforts across various aspects of the sales process. Your passion for working with seniors and their families, coupled with your strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of maintaining a 100% leased and occupied community while exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Community Relations team in guiding seniors and their support networks to find their ideal living space by managing databases, scheduling tours, and maintaining sales reports.
- Utilize the Senior Star Sales System proficiently to streamline and complete the sales process effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews of available units, manage first impressions, handle work orders, and coordinate housekeeping services as needed.
- Lead the development of a robust Resident/Family/Associate/Friend Referral Program within the community.
- Document all sales and move-in coordination activities promptly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Actively participate in sales coverage rotations, including weekends and special events, to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate and assist in off-site trade shows and marketing events, including home visits for sales and move-in purposes.
- Maintain inventory of sales collateral materials and ensure their availability.
- Assist new residents in transitioning to the community, including coordinating moves and necessary assessments.
Requirements:
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar setting or industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to varied working hours, including weekends and occasional after-hours work.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Background in social services is advantageous but not mandatory.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:
Senior Star is a fully vaccinated organization. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all associates before starting, along with annual flu vaccination.
Work Schedule:
You'll generally work five days with a rotating weekend schedule and varied hours to ensure comprehensive customer and community coverage. Some after-hours work may be required to respond promptly to customer needs.
