SalaryKey Role:
Serves as a key technical resource in the federal health space. Contribute to data management, statistical analyses, and data visualization tasks as an individual contributor. Create client-facing deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other documentation. Manage small tasks for analytic teams. Identify opportunities to leverage analytic solutions to help clients solve new and existing problems. Collaborate with diverse team members, including quantitative and qualitative analysts, policy experts, communications specialists, or project managers. Display a drive to learn and work with a highly collaborative team.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in health data analysis
3+ years of experience with a standard coding language, including SAS, R, SQL, or Python
Experience with formal health policy or health program evaluation, including the use of quasi-experimental methodologies
Experience with qualitative data collection and data analysis techniques
Experience with presenting technical information to non-technical audiences
Experience with large health care claims or administrative data, including Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial
Ability to produce high-quality written products, including reports and presentations
Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Economics, or Statistics
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing projects or tasks
Experience with business development tasks, including proposal or grant writing
Doctorate degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
